Registration Information

Registering before an event

There are some benefits to registering at least one week before an event begins.  If the registrar receives the completed registration form with appropriate signatures, the camper will receive a free $2.50 canteen card.  Also you will be able to come 30 minutes early to complete the registration process on the day of the event.  Normal registration begins at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoons (except Day Camp).  Those preregistered can arrive at 3:00 p.m.  This is for both mail in and on line registering.   

Registering on the day of the event

Pre-registration is not always possible so anyone can arrive on the day of the event and register for the event beginning on that day, assuming there is space available.  It would be helpful if you already had the registration forms filled out but not necessary.  Forms will be available.  You can download the necessary forms by going to "down load forms" at the bottom of this page.

Parents --Please do not send your child to camp with someone else without you first signing the needed forms.  Each form will need a signature from a parent or guardian. These forms can be down loaded at "down load forms" at the bottom of this page.

What to bring to camp

Optional money needs

1.  Purchase canteen card.  Cards are $2.50 or $5.00 each.  Canteen cards are used to purchase items in the canteen such as soda and candy.

What not to bring to camp

     Game players - music players - communication divices

You will have three ways to register. 
1. By mail  (You can download the needed forms by clicking "down load forms" at the bottom of this page.) 
2. By on line registration.  (Go to On Line Registration from the bottom of this page.)
3. On registration day at the camp. It would be good to down load the forms here and fill them out before registration day.
